About the role

  • Coordinate monthly accounting closing with external accountants.
  • Review and reconcile P&L and balance sheet items (revenues, fleet expenses, commissions, etc.).
  • Ensure all supporting documents are correctly archived and classified.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports.
  • Build and maintain monthly cash reports.
  • Monitor payments, bank balances, and transfers.
  • Prepare cash forecasts and anticipate funding needs.
  • Reconcile ride data and revenues with accounting.
  • Review supplier invoices and ensure proper approval and analytical allocation.
  • Track operational expenses vs. budget and highlight variances.
  • Help improve finance workflows (invoicing, payments, expense validation).
  • Contribute to automation and data accuracy between Fleetch, Heetch, and accounting systems.
  • Support annual audits (statutory and internal).
  • Ensure compliance with local accounting, tax, and legal requirements.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or management control.
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
  • Comfortable working in English and Portuguese
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced, international environment.
