Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience in full-stack or backend software engineering
- Have shipped and maintained production systems over time
- Are curious about AI, automation, and modern development practices , and actively keep yourself up to date
- Can translate complex requirements into solid technical implementations
- Communicate clearly in written and spoken English (C1/C2)
- Are comfortable operating in ambiguity and taking responsibility for outcomes
