Responsibilities
- Produce, shoot, and edit video content from concept through delivery, both independently and in collaboration with a team.
- Capture and direct high-quality footage in a range of environments — from dynamic field shoots to controlled studio settings.
- Oversee and contribute to all aspects of post-production, including editing, color grading, audio mixing, and graphics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with editorial, entertainment, and partnership teams to align video output with strategic goals.
- Source, book, and manage freelance production talent and maintain efficient workflows across projects.
- Enforce visual standards, file management practices, and production best practices to ensure consistency and quality.
- Support production budgeting and resource planning in coordination with project managers.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of hands-on professional video production experience, spanning pre- to post-production.
- Proven success creating engaging, platform-optimized short- and long-form digital video content.
- Strong creative vision and storytelling instincts, with the ability to bring fresh ideas to life.
- Experience shooting in fast-paced environments, including outdoor/field production.
- Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro and proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, and other Creative Suite tools (motion graphics a plus).
- Highly organized, adaptable, and solutions-oriented under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator across departments and disciplines.
