- Identify business challenges and develop specifications and requirements
- Collaborate with Practice Leads to create and maintain documents and procedures
- Execute on large projects on time and on budget
- Provide active leadership to ensure tasks are being completed accurately and timely
- Be the Lead Engineer on projects with multiple different technologies
- Provide daily updates on all projects and be proactive with communication
Requirements
- 5+ years in a technical related field
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent certifications
- At least two or more Professional level certifications CCNP, CCP-V, VCAP-DCV, MCA
- Experience designing and architecting network based solutions
- Installing and supporting Cisco or HP/Aruba network switching and routing products IOS, IOS-XR, NX-OS
- Experience/Best Practices Routing Protocols—OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, L2 / L3 Architecture and Design Multicast, QoS
