- Advise companies on the implementation and optimization of Atlassian tools such as Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence and Bitbucket.
- Develop tailored solutions for agile projects and IT service management, from concept to implementation.
- Conduct engaging workshops and training sessions to prepare teams for Atlassian tools and agile methodologies.
- Analyze complex requirements and create concepts that deliver real added value.
- Support migrations to the Atlassian Cloud and integration into existing IT landscapes.
- Collaborate with internal experts and partners to drive innovative solutions and best practices.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, ideally also Bitbucket and Bamboo).
- Knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and IT service management.
- Analytical thinking, strong communication skills and a process-oriented working style.
- Very good German and very good English language skills.
- Atlassian certification or willingness to obtain one.
