Responsibilities
- Assessment, planning and development of structural engineering solutions for our existing building stock
- Preparation of cost estimates, cost calculations and tender documents
- Consulting, review and technical supervision of planning services
- Implementation of modernization measures
- Monitoring contract compliance of ongoing projects and ensuring adherence to laws, standards and guidelines
- Advisory role to property owners regarding investments in existing properties and the acquisition of new properties
Requirements
- Degree in engineering or architecture, or an equivalent qualification; ideally with building submission authorization (Bauvorlageberechtigung)
- Several years of practical experience in planning and overseeing construction projects
- Experience with change-of-use projects and coordination with relevant authorities
- Valid Class B driving license (car)
- Strong team spirit, reliability and the ability to work independently
