- Continuously improve processes within your area of responsibility — digital, lean, and effective
Requirements
- Several years of experience in condominium association (WEG) management, ideally with larger or more complex homeowner communities
- Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to manage both financial and strategic aspects
- Strong communication skills and a high level of customer orientation
- Independent, structured way of working — you don't require micromanagement
