About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement EHS management systems and processes in the field
- Regularly inspect the effectiveness of implementation, and ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- Perform regular site inspections and internal audits; coordinate external audits, implement corrective measures, and promote continuous improvement
- Conduct regular workplace risk assessments (RI&E in NL, DUERP in FR, etc.), supervise the rectification of illegal operations, and ensure the safety and compliance of operations
- Approve and supervise hazardous operations to ensure controlled management of high-risk operations
- Strictly control the compliance of outsourcing contractors' construction, sign safety construction agreements, and supervise the safe execution of the construction process
- Organize three-level safety education for new employees, verify the certification status of special operations, conduct EHS training and emergency drills, and enhance employees' emergency response capabilities
- Participate in the investigation and analysis of safety accidents and near misses, write investigation reports, and promote the implementation of rectification measures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Safety Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
- Professional certification preferred (e.g., NEBOSH, TÜV Functional Safety Engineer, or equivalent)
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in safety engineering, ideally in automation, robotics, or manufacturing
- Knowledge of EU machinery safety directives and ISO standards for robotics
- Fluent in English; additional European language (Dutch/German/French) advantageous
- Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to travel globally and work across diverse teams and time zones
