About the role

  • Deputy restaurant manager responsible for daily operations and team leadership at Frittenwerk. Ensuring quality standards and service goals while training staff and managing budget.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the restaurant’s daily operations
  • Lead and develop a young team
  • Set quality and service targets
  • Hands-on participation in daily operations
  • Staff scheduling, inventory management, restaurant workflow planning & budgeting
  • Ensure quality and hygiene standards, including monitoring restaurant KPIs
  • Conduct interviews and select employees
  • Conduct staff training

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in gastronomy or hospitality
  • Strong German language skills (minimum level C1)
  • Experience leading teams
  • You act as both a motivator and a mentor/point of contact
  • An eye for talent
  • Service-oriented working approach
