About the role
- Analista Comercial analyzing data and generating insights to enhance partnership performance at Grupo Panvel, a leading pharmacy network in Brazil.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily analyses of partnership behavior for partnership agreements, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze market and competitors, supporting the identification of opportunities and proposing innovations.
- Generate and monitor consumption and performance reports for agreements.
- Monitor area indicators and KPIs, ensuring visibility of results.
- Automate processes for data extraction, cleaning and analysis using SQL, Excel and BI tools.
- Map processes and requirements, organizing and structuring the area’s data flow.
- Develop reports, dashboards and executive presentations with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Present results, supporting business areas in understanding the metrics and the “why” behind the results.
- Propose and lead action plans to increase sales conversion, attract new customers and improve partnership performance.
- Monitor and support joint actions with corporate teams.
- Support the launch of new partnerships and assist the commercial team in prospecting and developing agreements.
- Support the Partnerships team with internal requests and opportunities within the area.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering or related fields.
- Availability to work in Eldorado do Sul, RS, Brazil.
- Experience in data analysis, including collection, cleaning, analysis and generation of business insights.
- Experience building, monitoring and interpreting metrics, reports and dashboards.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Practical experience with data tools and technologies such as BI/Power BI, SQL, Python and Data Lake.
- Experience interacting with partner relations, agreements or commercial teams.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable information.
