About the role
- Logistics Analyst responsible for optimizing transport resources and managing supply chain operations at Grupo Boticário. Focus on performance indicators and executive communication.
Responsibilities
- Ensure operational efficiency and optimization of transportation resources
- Perform fleet sizing by analyzing vehicle saturation and optimizing network utilization
- Plan outbound capacity to prevent bottlenecks
- Monitor orders and ensure strict compliance with delivery SLAs with carriers
- Serve as the focal point between support areas and logistics partners
- Monitor carrier performance and develop joint action plans to correct deviations
- Lead continuous process improvement initiatives, applying analytical methodologies to drive productivity gains
- Curate KPIs, build control dashboards and prepare high-impact management reports
- Prepare and present materials to executive leadership, translating data into strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or other Management-related fields
- Solid experience in logistics planning, transportation management, or operational intelligence in medium to large companies. Experience with B2B operations
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VBA and Power Query are a plus)
- Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI or Tableau) for building performance indicators
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (PDCA, Lean or Six Sigma)
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in Curitiba, PR
- Strong synthesis skills and ability to deliver executive presentations (data storytelling).
