- Traiter des demandes et incidents (Run)
- Apporter une expertise et un support aux clients des infrastructures
- Participer aux projets d’évolution de ces infrastructures
- Proposer et développer des outils / méthodes d'optimisation
- Participer à l'évolution et la migration des outillages d'administration vers Python et/ou SNMP
- Participer au développement d'outils de métrologie/conformité tels que openmetric, PowerBi
- Participer au développement d'outils d'automatisation de delivery (Ansible, AA2P)
- Participation au dispositif d'astreintes (une astreinte toutes les 5 à 6 semaines environ)
Requirements
- 3 ans d’expérience (minimum) en environnement challengeant
- Expérience avec des grands comptes
- Anglais (niveau conversationnel)
- Rigoureux, agile, force de proposition et à l’aise à l’écrit
