About the role
- AI Engineer responsible for developing AI-enabled processes in a FinTech company. Collaborating with technology teams to enhance business efficiency using advanced AI techniques.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the technology team and stakeholders to develop new AI-enabled processes
- Continuously work with Subject Matter Experts to refine processes to provide consistent results
- Understand Green Street's business domains and help identify areas where AI can enhance efficiency or provide new capabilities
- Work within and help expand an innovative, established customer-facing AI platform
- Be an active participant in architectural discussions
- Drive a strong engineering culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in a software engineering role including 1-3 years of experience in an AI-focused role, having built end-to-end AI-enabled processes
- Intermediate knowledge of C# and/or Python
- Experience with Large Language Model (LLM) advanced prompting techniques (chain-of-thought, self-calibration, prompt chaining, etc.) as well as advanced features such as Function (Tool) Calling, Retrieval Augmented Generation, and Agent Orchestration
- Generate, curate, and refine training data for fine-tuning and improving LLM models or Machine Learning tasks
- Bachelor's degree in computer science / engineering or equivalent experience through coding bootcamp
- Strong SQL Skills (MySQL, PostgreSQL or similar)
- Enjoy problem solving, have excellent communication skills and demonstrate impeccable attention to detail
- Proficiency with Git
- Proficiency with API development and Data Pipelines
