About the role

  • Medical Copywriter creating pharmaceutical promotional content for a global digital agency. Developing strategies and overseeing editorial quality for marketing communications in the life sciences sector.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and executing innovative and effective content strategies and communication campaigns based on secondary market research and insights
  • Analysing available data for a market, competitors, and the needs/preferences of our audience to help our team create relatable and captivating content
  • Responsible for ensuring the quality of all externally facing content and adherence to our brand voice, tone, and writing style
  • Interpret creative briefs to develop and produce creativity from concepts through execution
  • Monitoring the execution of the established plans and strategies
  • Writing original copy and editing content for a range of marketing and communications materials; use references and annotations as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ years’ experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment in promotional content development for pharma industry
  • A degree/diploma in health science (medicine/pharma/biology/biosciences etc) AND/OR a degree/diploma in communications with experience of copywriting for pharma promotional marketing.
  • Experience with print + digital assets in pharma marketing.
  • Use storytelling skills to create engaging assets
  • Understand and internalize brand guidelines and strategy, to implement the same in developing collaterals for the client
