About the role

  • GTM Engineer focusing on demand generation operations at GoodFit. Responsible for owning systems and workflows that drive go-to-market strategies across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own and scale our demand generation infrastructure, including outbound email, cold calling, and growth campaigns
  • Build and maintain reporting, analytics, and attribution
  • Design and automate customer lifecycle workflows
  • Own CRM and sales process operations

Requirements

  • Have 2+ years of experience as a full-stack or data engineer
  • Are excited about working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue leadership at a fast-growing, early-stage company
  • Enjoy turning messy, manual processes into clean, automated workflows that scale with the business
  • Are analytically minded, detail-oriented, and motivated by creating leverage through systems, data, and experimentation
  • Are eager to take ownership, learn quickly, and help shape how GoodFit scales its go-to-market motion
