About the role

  • Supervisor overseeing and managing Quality Assurance processes related to RMO operations. Leading a team to ensure compliance and improve claim adjudication audits efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the Quality Assurance processes related to RMO operations
  • Ensure claims adjudication audits are processed accurately and in compliance with relevant regulations
  • Lead a team, develop quality control measures, and improve processes
  • Manage the overall workflow within the department
  • Support professional development by identifying growth opportunities
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement
  • Conduct audits, manage training, and oversee team performance

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5-7 years of work-related experience required
  • 2 years of leadership experience required
  • Property and casualty adjuster license required
  • QA Platform / Audit Solution experience preferred
