Responsibilities
- Perform exploratory and predictive analyses to identify patterns, trends, and business opportunities; • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI or Tableau, ensuring clarity and impact in data communication; • Integrate data from multiple sources (SQL Server, Excel, internal systems) and perform ETL processes (SQL, Python); • Define and track performance indicators (KPIs and OKRs) to monitor results; • Apply data storytelling in executive presentations to support strategic decision-making; • Automate workflows and processes using tools such as Power Automate and Python scripts; • Ensure compliance with LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law) and data governance best practices; • Document processes and create user guides for dashboards and reports; • Support commercial and finance teams with insights for customer acquisition, retention, and credit recovery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher; • Proven experience in data analysis, visualization, and data integration; • Proficiency in Power BI and/or Tableau for dashboard development; • Knowledge of SQL for querying and data manipulation; • Experience with ETL processes and integrating multiple data sources; • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, automations); • Python skills (libraries such as pandas, matplotlib); • Strong communication skills and ability to apply data storytelling; • Basic knowledge of LGPD.
