About the role
- Legal Counsel ensuring compliance in IT-related contracts and negotiations. Involves legal support for local and international projects at NTT DATA.
Responsibilities
- Legal review of public and private tenders in the field of information technology
- Negotiation of national and international procurement, sales, outsourcing and project contracts
- Preparation of legal opinions and decision papers
- Support for the business units in day-to-day matters
- Out-of-court handling of legal disputes
- Support in litigation matters and management of external law firms
- Working extensively in English.
Requirements
- Fully qualified lawyer (Volljurist) with a completed law degree and Second State Examination
- German language skills at native level and fluent English (both written and spoken)
- Good knowledge of Office applications
- Several years of legal professional experience, preferably in an international commercial enterprise
- Knowledge of IT law and public procurement law
