About the role

  • Co-Op providing exposure to various departments at Glenmede with a focus on Compliance. Analyzing data, assisting in policy creation, and collaborating with colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Construct tests and analyze the resulting data in a variety of areas to identify whether our systems and processes are adequate
  • Management of databases and applications
  • Basic risk analysis
  • Assist in the creation of new policies and procedures and create communications for people throughout the organization to alert them to issues and solutions

Requirements

  • Analytical, critical thinking, and attention to detail skills
  • Strong communications skills
  • Basic understanding with Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to IT applications as needed
