About the role
- Project Manager overseeing AutoTime implementation for GKN Aerospace across multiple North American sites. Leading complex, multi-site deployments while ensuring operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for AutoTime system functionality
- Translate local business requirements into standardized AutoTime solutions for GKN sites in North America
- Lead full lifecycle implementation of AutoTime for Time & Attendance and Factory Data Collection
- Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budget
- Ensure alignment with regional and global stakeholders regarding policies and system roadmaps
- Drive local stakeholder engagement, change management, and training activities
- Provide weekly progress updates to senior leadership and IT management
- Collaborate with integration teams to ensure system connectivity with SAP SuccessFactors, Infor LN ERP, and ADP Payroll
- Define and enforce standardized Time & Attendance and Factory Data Collection processes
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including interface landscapes and project deliverables
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related fields of study
- Demonstrated experience with AutoTime implementation and configuration
- Strong functional understanding of SAP SuccessFactors, Infor LN ERP, and ADP Payroll integrations
- Expertise in Time & Attendance and Factory Data Collection processes within a manufacturing or aerospace environment
- Hands-on experience in designing cloud‑based data storage and processing solutions (Azure or AWS)
- Familiarity with interface development, API-based integrations, and both real‑time and batch data flows
- Able to accommodate up to 60% travel
- Proven ability to lead multi-site projects across the United States and Mexico
- Strong communication skills and experience managing diverse stakeholder groups
- Must be a U.S. Person per ITAR regulations to comply with export compliance requirements, with ability to obtain a Department of Defense security clearance if needed.
- Project management certification preferred.
- Master’s degree in Information Technology is a plus.
- Knowledge of California labor laws is a plus.
- Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is considered an asset.
