Project Manager overseeing AutoTime implementation for GKN Aerospace across multiple North American sites. Leading complex, multi-site deployments while ensuring operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for AutoTime system functionality
Translate local business requirements into standardized AutoTime solutions for GKN sites in North America
Lead full lifecycle implementation of AutoTime for Time & Attendance and Factory Data Collection
Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budget
Ensure alignment with regional and global stakeholders regarding policies and system roadmaps
Drive local stakeholder engagement, change management, and training activities
Provide weekly progress updates to senior leadership and IT management
Collaborate with integration teams to ensure system connectivity with SAP SuccessFactors, Infor LN ERP, and ADP Payroll
Define and enforce standardized Time & Attendance and Factory Data Collection processes
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including interface landscapes and project deliverables
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related fields of study
Demonstrated experience with AutoTime implementation and configuration
Strong functional understanding of SAP SuccessFactors, Infor LN ERP, and ADP Payroll integrations
Expertise in Time & Attendance and Factory Data Collection processes within a manufacturing or aerospace environment
Hands-on experience in designing cloud‑based data storage and processing solutions (Azure or AWS)
Familiarity with interface development, API-based integrations, and both real‑time and batch data flows
Able to accommodate up to 60% travel
Proven ability to lead multi-site projects across the United States and Mexico
Strong communication skills and experience managing diverse stakeholder groups
Must be a U.S. Person per ITAR regulations to comply with export compliance requirements, with ability to obtain a Department of Defense security clearance if needed.
Project management certification preferred.
Master’s degree in Information Technology is a plus.
Knowledge of California labor laws is a plus.
Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is considered an asset.
