- E2E Financial & Reporting Team Lead at Givaudan. Overseeing team performance against KPIs and corporate standards for financial reporting in Budapest.
Responsibilities
- Monitor team’s performance against deliverables set in the KPIs and against Corporate standards
- Plan and monitor workload accordingly
- Support revisition of Reporting activities
- Make proposals to improve and standardise day-to-day processes and Month-End Closing activities
- Coordinating the closing activities based on corporate guidelines
- Booking of journal entries, clear GL accounts including accruals, revaluation
- Bank payment preparation, reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts
- Define specific controls and procedures for the E2E processes
- Executes quality check activities to ensure consistency of managed data
- Manage and develop the employees to continuously provide high quality services
Requirements
- University degree (minimum Bachelor)
- Fluent English level
- Min. 5 years experience in Controlling and / or RtR
- Project management experience would be an advantage
