Responsibilities
- Lead the development of solutions that integrate Artificial Intelligence, data engineering, and full-stack development.
- Define the product and technology roadmap, prioritizing initiatives with the highest business impact.
- Act as Product Owner, connecting technology, data, and business strategy.
- Architect and develop AI solutions (LLMs, agents, and automations).
- Structure and evolve data pipelines and data-driven applications (BigQuery, dashboards, etc.).
- Build modern full-stack applications using technologies such as Next.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
- Manage and advance cloud infrastructure, with a focus on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Provide technical leadership to the engineering team, ensuring best practices, code quality, and architectural standards.
- Use AI tools in day-to-day work to accelerate development, technical decisions, and team productivity.
- Work hands-on, lead by example, and actively participate in deliveries.
Requirements
- Strong experience in full-stack development
- Proficiency in TypeScript, React (Next.js), and Node.js or Python
- Experience with PostgreSQL and ORMs (e.g., Prisma or similar)
- Practical experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other cloud providers
- Knowledge of software architecture and engineering best practices
- Ability to make technical decisions autonomously
- Analytical profile, product-oriented and focused on business impact
- Technical leadership skills and ability to influence the team
- Technical English for reading documentation and using tools
- Experience with technologies and tools such as Next.js, TypeScript, and React
- Familiarity with databases like PostgreSQL and use of ORMs (e.g., Prisma)
- Experience with data and cloud tools such as BigQuery and Cloud Run
- Experience with AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic)
- Knowledge of containers and scalable environments (e.g., Docker and cloud)
