Responsibilities
To implement the Company's policies and agreed strategy;
To visit all assigned clients and establish good working relationships;
Assist (by merging promotional materials and product/service presentation) to help maintain and develop good customer collaboration;
To promote the products on the market;
Identifies new clients and opportunities related to project sales, creates and applies strategies aiming to boost the sales volume.
Actively promotes the Gewiss products and provides assistance and information to the clients to increase sales.
Prepares quotes for customers with the support of the technical team.
Registers all the opportunities identified in the market in CRM and reports periodically to the management the results and follows-up on sales leads.
Manage sales projects within internal and external stakeholders and clients.
Requirements
Higher education, preferably technical.
Experience in sales (experience in sales of electrical equipment is an advantage);
Willingness to work in assigned areas 70% of the time / Croatia and surroundings (Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia).
Strong persuasion, communication and negotiation skills, customer oriented, optimistic person.
Ability to accumulate technical details and to transmit them.
Software knowledge: Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)
Driver’s license: B
English: medium - advanced.
