About the role

• Full-Stack Developer working with React, Node.js, and TypeScript for SQUIRE’s barbershop management system. Collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality product features across the full stack using **React, TypeScript, and Node.js**.
• Build responsive, intuitive single-page applications with modern front-end technologies.
• Design and implement scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js.Integrate front-end applications with backend services and third-party systems.
• Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX wireframes into polished, interactive user interfaces.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices and architectural standards.
• Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and technical issues across the stack.
• Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and Agile workflows.
• Test your work thoroughly using unit and end-to-end testing methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless feature delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack application development.
• Strong experience with: **React.js (hooks, state management, component lifecycle), TypeScript, Node.js**
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of architecture patterns and best practices.
• Familiarity with server-side rendering (SSR) and Next.js is a plus.
• Experience with Git and version control workflows.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug issues across the stack.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is preferred.
• English proficiency is required (must communicate clearly with English-speaking coworkers)
• Must be based in Buenos Aires.Availability to work on-site in our office in CABA two days a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays).
