Responsibilities
Plan and organize various projects
Take on project management responsibilities
Oversee planning, tendering, awarding and site supervision (construction management) and coordinate service providers
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations
Determine requirements for external services
Obtain and organize offers and manage VgV (public procurement) and awarding procedures through to the conclusion of service contracts
Monitor schedule, costs and quality parameters of construction measures
Control/monitor construction execution up to handover/acceptance
Support investment planning as well as structural and technical planning and development
Requirements
Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (or comparable engineering qualification)
Professional experience in the planning, design and management of construction projects, ideally in the hospital/healthcare environment
Focus areas: tendering, cost estimation, construction execution and site supervision
Knowledge of client representation and procurement law
Responsible and reliable

Independent and self-directed working style
Familiarity with common software such as MS Office, AVA software and ideally CAD (AutoCAD)
Knowledge of e-procurement (eVergabe); knowledge of SAP is desirable

Collective agreement annual base salary of approximately €53,000 to €74,500 according to TVöD-K (pay grade EG 11), including annual special payment
