About the role

Responsibilities
- Deep technical expertise in full-stack development
- Responsibility for planning, managing and ensuring the successful delivery of software projects
- Central interface between clients, the development team and management

- Risk management and control of changes

Requirements
- Several years of experience as a Fullstack Developer with C# / .NET
- Successfully managed client projects with technical and commercial responsibility
- Solid knowledge of software architecture
- High standards for code quality
- Experience with modern tools — ideally AI-assisted
- Analytical thinking and a structured working style
- Audience-appropriate communication with clients, developers and stakeholders
- Strong consulting skills
- Very good German and English language skills
