About the role
- Consultant role focusing on guiding clients in implementing and optimizing QMS solutions. Working with QDA software and ensuring successful project execution and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for advising and supporting our clients in implementing and optimizing Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Elicit, analyze and document technical customer requirements in the context of implementation projects
- Develop solution concepts and specifications for implementing our solutions in customer projects
- Coordinate with internal development and independently perform minor adjustments within the tool
- Train and support our clients in using the QDA software and in quality management best practices
- Provide technical support during Go-Live
Requirements
- Several years of experience in quality management and/or consulting, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Relevant experience in technical consulting and implementing CAQ solutions or software solutions in the production IT domain
- Experienced in preparing requirements analyses
- Experience collaborating with development teams in project contexts
- Good understanding of production processes
- Ideally, experience with various manufacturing execution systems
- Proficient with JavaScript and SQL databases (including PostgreSQL, Oracle)
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in German (C1+) and competent in English (at least B2)
- Willingness to travel: approximately 30%
