About the role
- Senior Software Developer in charge of developing features for device management in Genetec's Edge OS system. Working with IoT and cloud technology for innovative software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the analysis, design, and implementation of new features for a modern connected device management platform
- Keep quality assurance in mind by following best practices for automated testing and integrating tests into the software development lifecycle
- Contribute to task effort estimation and time management to deliver solutions according to expectations
- Collaborate with your team lead to receive guidance and high-level objectives aligned with the product vision and priorities
- Work with various stakeholders, such as technical leads, architects, and developers from other teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of software development experience
- Strong knowledge of and experience with a modern object-oriented programming language
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written (this role requires interactions with international colleagues and clients)
