About the role

  • Servicetechniker im Außendienst für die Windmöller & Hölscher Gruppe. Verantwortlich für Montage, Wartung und Schulungen bei Kunden zur Maschinenverfügbarkeit.

Responsibilities

  • Record and document spare part requirements directly at customer sites
  • Assembly and installation of spare parts, retrofits and upgrades on machines
  • Regular maintenance and mechanical overhauls to ensure machine availability
  • Analyze and resolve technical faults (troubleshooting)
  • Train and support operating and maintenance personnel in the safe and efficient operation of the machines

Requirements

  • Completed training as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician or equivalent; ideally with further vocational training (technician/master) or a completed degree
  • Initial professional experience in mechanical engineering or maintenance
  • Strong technical understanding
  • Basic knowledge of mechanics and electronics
  • Confident in reading and working with technical drawings and documentation
  • Independent and solution-oriented working style
  • Communicative and service-oriented personality
  • Willingness to travel worldwide
  • Good command of English
