Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and prospects through all channels (in-person, phone, email) with professionalism and responsiveness
- Accurately identify their needs to offer tailored insurance solutions
- Prepare insurance quotes; follow up and chase outstanding quotes
- Record coverages/guarantees; issue and process contracts
- Promote the full product range and increase multi-product adoption through in-branch sales follow-ups and lead follow-up
- Conduct customer retention activities (e.g., satisfaction surveys)
- Schedule appointments, manage the agency calendar, and liaise with the insurance company
Requirements
- Diploma such as a BTS in Insurance, Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in business development related to policy underwriting and portfolio consolidation
- High standards and rigor, empathy, and a strong customer-service orientation in all circumstances
