About the role

Responsibilities
- Design high-quality marketing assets across channels: landing pages, email, research/whitepapers, paid digital ads and campaign assets
- Translate strategy, messaging and copy into clear, compelling visual narratives that get noticed, understood and acted upon.
- Maintain and evolve Fyxer’s new brand system across marketing surfaces, ensuring consistency, craft and clarity
- Design with performance in mind — iterating based on engagement data, A/B tests and user behaviour
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, video editors, marketers and product partners to bring ideas to life
- Bring fresh perspectives, strong taste and high standards to help raise the overall creative bar
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience as a designer working on digital marketing (landing pages, ads, email, campaigns)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, craft and commercial impact
- Excellent attention to detail — from layout, hierarchy and typography through to final polish
- Digital-first mindset with a clear understanding of how design performs across platforms and channels
- Comfortable designing systems as well as one-off assets — and knowing when each is needed
- Confident working with copy, shaping layouts that enhance clarity, flow and persuasion
- Strong knowledge of modern design tools (e.g. Figma)
- Entrepreneurial and highly driven — thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with high ownership
- Collaborative, open to feedback, and able to move quickly without sacrificing quality
