About the role

• Senior Consultant engaging with healthcare organizations to tackle challenges and identify opportunities. Formulating strategy and delivering impactful results for clients in various project environments.

Responsibilities

• You will be the primary point of contact for your clients across diverse project environments, implementing measures effectively and efficiently
• You will be responsible for complete work packages, deriving the approach and outcomes from project and client requirements
• Your deliverables will be grounded in meaningful analyses, where you logically combine research, data and network knowledge
• You will communicate insights tailored to the target audience, enabling your clients to properly contextualize project results for their decision-making
• You will demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset by identifying and driving opportunities for your clients and for Forward
• You will develop pronounced, visible expertise in a domain, thereby creating competitive advantages for Forward

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience at a leading consulting firm or in another high-performance environment
• Interest in the healthcare industry or technology strategy is essential; prior experience is an advantage
• Completed Master’s degree or additional professional experience beyond a Bachelor’s degree
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset through the successful implementation of your own initiatives
• Ability to think analytically and creatively, with a structured approach to producing results
• Unwavering attention to detail and quality to deliver top-tier outcomes that provide value to clients
• Excellent verbal, written and visual communication skills, with the ability to address diverse audiences
• Business-fluent (negotiation-level) proficiency in German and English
