About the role

  • GTM FP&A Manager supporting the Finance team of Fundraise Up, a global fundraising platform. Focused on data-informed decisions and financial modeling to enhance revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts and rolling forecasts for our GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success).
  • Serve as a trusted strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, and Partners leadership - translating financial data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Develop, track and analyze key GTM KPIs including Bookings, ARR/NRR, CAC, LTV, Pipeline metrics, Marketing ROI and churn.
  • Build and maintain sales capacity models to inform hiring plans and ensure alignment with ARR targets.
  • Build dashboards and reporting infrastructure in Tableau and Google Sheets to enable self-service analytics for GTM leaders.
  • Evaluate the financial viability and ROI of GTM initiatives, including new market entry, marketing campaigns, channel partnerships, and territory expansion.
  • Support pricing analysis and deal desk decisions with financial modeling and scenario analysis.

Requirements

  • 6 - 8 years of progressive experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Revenue Operations, with at least 3+ years specifically supporting GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success).
  • Demonstrated experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or Fintech environments.
  • Expert-level financial modeling skills in Google Sheets/Excel with ability to build complex, driver-based models from scratch.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, Excel/Sheets and Power BI.
  • Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
  • Strong bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
  • Prior experience in Series A-C stage companies scaling to $100M+ ARR.
  • Experience with Coefficient, Pigment, Anaplan or similar planning/automation tools.
  • Background in investment banking, management consulting, or private equity.
