- Designer Editorial II developing high-quality editorial graphic projects for impactful educational materials in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- develop high-quality editorial graphic projects, ensuring visual consistency, creativity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- design covers and complete graphic projects (visual concept, editorial identity, grid, style, hierarchy)
- commission and oversee graphic projects from external vendors
- manage proofing workflow for covers and graphic projects
- select and coordinate illustrators for covers
- ensure overall design quality

- actively participate in strategic decisions and visual positioning
Requirements
- Experience in the educational publishing market for textbooks, working as a graphic/project designer (creating, commissioning, and overseeing projects)
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Editorial Design, or related fields
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Knowledge of layout and preparing files for print
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
