About the role
- Senior System Analyst defining and designing solutions for existing applications at Franklin Templeton. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to technical meetings with a focus on user experience.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 4–6 years in systems analysis or technical projects
- Experience with managing small-mid scale IT projects
- Familiarity with system development lifecycles particularly agile methodologies
- Experience with system testing
- Financial services or mutual fund experience is preferred
- User Research experience a plus
- Understanding of User Experience & Product Design a plus
- Knowledge of blockchain, tokenized funds, and digital assets is a plus
- Understanding of desktop, web, client/server, and mainframe systems
- Awareness of industry standards and platform architecture
- Experience with SQL queries is a plus
