Requirements
- B.E / BTech with 6 to 8 yrs of Experience in software development with front-end (React/Angular)and back-end(JAVA/J2EE, Springboot ,REST api ) with knowledge of cloud platforms preferably GCP.
- 6+ years Software Engineering experience with current industry tooling
- Deep technical skills: Hands-on coding, debugging knowledge in front-end and back-end user interfaces and API services & sql databases with knowledge of cloud platforms preferably GCP.
- Front end development - Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, MUI and React core principles.
- Proactive risk management: Identifying and mitigating technical risks.
- Delivery focus: Meeting sprint goals, high-quality code.
- Positive team attitude: Collaboration, knowledge sharing & Effective communication and ability to work in a team.
- Software engineering or development experience in a front-end & back-end.
- Understanding of current architecture standards and digital platform services strategy
- Experience working with and managing Senior Stakeholder expectations and delivering against a strategic road map within a product organization.
- Experience of coaching and mentoring software Engineers in Product Org practices and tools
- Experience managing Product Team metrics to improve performance and effectiveness.
