Responsibilities

  • Updating and populating spreadsheets;
  • Accessing systems remotely;
  • Making adjustments in systems;
  • Contacting and communicating with clients and suppliers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma;
  • Basic Excel;
  • Comfortable working with systems;
  • Good communication for contacting clients;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Proactive in acquiring new knowledge.
  • Knowledge of tax/fiscal matters;
  • Knowledge of invoices (notas fiscais);
  • Currently pursuing a degree in accounting or a related field;
  • Experience with administrative routines.
