About the role
- Sales / Design Associate meeting clients in their homes for flooring projects at Floor Coverings International. Seeking service-minded, hard-working individuals for a growing company.
Responsibilities
- Go out to client’s homes and meet with them regarding their flooring project
- Follow the Sales System using tablet, laptop, and software
- Act as the single point of contact for all types of flooring service requests
- Coordinate installation time and communication schedule with Office Manager
- Communicate customer needs to Install Manager for smooth job execution
- Engage in on-going training/educational requirements (may involve travel at company expense)
