- Assist clients with configuration, customization, and implementation of Odoo modules and features.

- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in technical support, specifically with Odoo ERP solutions.
- Proficient in Python programming and familiar with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
- Experience with databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Linux servers and web hosting environments is preferable.
