The role is focused on transforming complexity into clear, executable structures, holding teams accountable to timelines, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- **Project Ownership**
- Lead multiple cross-functional projects from kickoff to delivery.
- Define scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.
- Translate ambiguity into clear, executable project plans.
- **Delivery & Execution**
- Drive execution across Programs, Operations, Marketing, Tech, and external partners.
- Proactively track progress, identify risks, and remove blockers before they escalate.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within agreed budgets.
- **Stakeholder Management**
- Act as the single point of accountability for project delivery.
- Align stakeholders on priorities, trade-offs, and decisions.
- Provide clear, concise updates that enable decisions, not noise.
- **Process & Governance**
- Design, implement, and continuously improve project management frameworks and tools.
- Establish delivery rituals: planning, reporting, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Build repeatable systems that scale beyond individual effort.
- **Team Enablement**
- Guide project managers or contributors where applicable.
- Coach teams on prioritization, planning, and delivery mindset.
- Raise the bar on ownership, accountability, and execution quality.

Requirements
- 3-5+ years in project/program management or delivery leadership
- Proven experience running complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Strong planning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable pushing back, escalating when needed, and making calls
- Fluent in tools like Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Monday, or equivalent
- This role requires PMP certification or equivalent formal project management accreditation.
- **Nice to Have (but not mandatory)**
- Experience in startups, scale-ups, or fast-moving environments.
- Exposure to Agile / hybrid delivery models.
- Background in operations, consulting, or transformation projects.
