Responsibilities
**About the role**
The Project Management Lead is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of strategic & program initiatives across Flat6Labs. The role is focused on transforming complexity into clear, executable structures, holding teams accountable to timelines, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
**Project Ownership**
Lead multiple cross-functional projects from kickoff to delivery.
Define scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.
Translate ambiguity into clear, executable project plans.
**Delivery & Execution**
Drive execution across Programs, Operations, Marketing, Tech, and external partners.
Proactively track progress, identify risks, and remove blockers before they escalate.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within agreed budgets.
**Stakeholder Management**
Act as the single point of accountability for project delivery.
Align stakeholders on priorities, trade-offs, and decisions.
Provide clear, concise updates that enable decisions, not noise.
**Process & Governance**
Design, implement, and continuously improve project management frameworks and tools.
Establish delivery rituals: planning, reporting, reviews, and retrospectives.
Build repeatable systems that scale beyond individual effort.
**Team Enablement**
Guide project managers or contributors where applicable.
Coach teams on prioritization, planning, and delivery mindset.
Raise the bar on ownership, accountability, and execution quality.

Requirements
3-5+ years in project/program management or delivery leadership
