About the role

  • Quality Manager checking compliance with service agreements and evaluating quality controls at FitX. Requires MS-Office proficiency and understanding of FitX values.

Responsibilities

  • You check whether agreed contractual terms with our contracted service providers are being complied with.
  • You obtain quotes for specific services and prepare new contracts with our service providers.
  • You prepare meetings with external partners, attend these meetings, and ensure clear coordination.
  • You analyze quality checks as well as defect and complaint reports and track their resolution through to completion.
  • You maintain price lists and review incoming invoices.
  • You gather cross-departmental feedback, analyze it, and pass relevant insights on to the responsible teams.
  • You create training materials and guidelines related to quality management and communicate this content to our studio teams.

Requirements

  • Good understanding of our offering, our FitX values, and our service philosophy.
  • Confident user of MS Office programs.
  • Ideally, experience in pricing or contract management.
