- Manage and oversee the Sales Contract process, ensuring contracts meet Fitch’s financial practices and standards.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our business lines

- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure contracts are accurately structured and executed.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis of contract data to support business insights and decision making.
- Identify and implement process enhancements to optimize contract management practices.
Requirements
- Experience in contract management within a finance or sales support environment.
- Strong proficiency in using Salesforce and SAP for contract tracking and financial coding
- In-depth knowledge of sales contract processes and the financial practices that underpin them.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to work effectively across teams, ensuring consistency and compliance in contracts
