Responsibilities
End user support, onboarding/offboarding, etc.
Upgrading, installing, and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives
Monitoring and maintaining Microsoft/Office 365 Infrastructure
Network & Firewall administration
Troubleshooting issues and outages
Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats
Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data
Building an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies
Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration
Good communication skills and excellent team player
Requirements
At least 2-3 years of experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or in a similar role
Extensive experience with IT operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS), networks, and related technologies
Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration of Microsoft/Office 365 Infrastructure and System Security
Knowledge of system security (e.g. Antivirus, F/W) and data backup/recovery is a plus
Professional certifications (Microsoft O365)
Exceptional leadership, organizational and time management skills.
Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Atlassian tool administration knowledge on JIRA and Confluence is a plus
Fluency in English is mandatory.
