- Conducting advisory sessions with clients to explain regulatory impacts and how FE fundinfo solutions support compliance.
- Developing regulatory alerts, impact assessments, and internal documentation to ensure timely and informed decision‑making across the business.
Requirements
- You have deep expertise in European fund regulations such as UCITS, AIFMD, SFDR, PRIIPs, and MiFID II.
- You understand the UK regulatory environment, including FCA rules, CCI requirements, and post‑Brexit regulatory changes.
- You bring strong experience in regulatory analysis, horizon scanning, and communicating complex regulatory insights to diverse stakeholders.
- You have excellent presentation and stakeholder engagement skills, enabling you to confidently engage senior executive audiences.
- You can translate regulatory requirements into clear, actionable guidance that informs product development, commercial strategy, and client decision‑making.
