About the role

  • Director of Procurement Operations at Paysafe overseeing procurement strategies and governance frameworks. Responsible for stakeholder training, process redesign, and operational excellence initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing procurement strategies, policies, and best practice across all procurement categories
  • Leading procurement governance, systems, and operational excellence initiatives
  • Developing and implementing procurement operations strategies to optimize processes and ensure compliance
  • Building and maintaining trusted advisor relationships with business stakeholders, procurement counterparts, finance, and across-departmental organizations
  • Establishing training across the Procurement organization and training curriculum for business partners

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in procurement operations with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Experience managing procurement systems, governance frameworks, management reporting and analytics
  • Preferred: Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent)
  • Professional certifications: CPSM, CSCP, or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of AI and automation tools
