Responsibilities
Generating new business by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and converting leads into policies
Conducting client consultations to assess insurance needs and recommend the right coverage
Selling and cross-selling insurance products including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing ongoing support and policy reviews
Meeting and exceeding individual sales targets, contributing to overall agency success
Staying informed on product knowledge and compliance standards
Using CRM tools to track leads, manage follow-ups, and monitor policy renewals
Participating in team meetings and sales strategy sessions
Requirements
1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confidence in making outbound calls and closing deals
A coachable mindset and willingness to learn
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred, or willingness to obtain)
Bilingual abilities are a plus
