Responsibilities
Daily monitoring of account balances, cash flows and payment transactions for all companies
Optimal liquidity management
Preparation of cash flow forecasts, analyses and reports
Establishment of a modern reporting system including forecasts, KPI dashboards and variance analyses
Use of up-to-date tools for automated preparation of key figures
Contribution to automation of invoicing as well as accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting
Close cooperation with Controlling, tax advisors, management and IT to optimise processes and digitalise accounting
Requirements
Commercial vocational training (e.g., tax clerk) or further qualification as a Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK) / certified balance-sheet accountant or equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in financial accounting
Knowledge of fiduciary/trust or client funds processes
Very careful, structured and deadline-oriented working style
High sense of responsibility
Familiarity with invoicing through to debt collection and basic knowledge of tax and commercial law
Ability to think in context, understand numbers and prepare them appropriately for purpose
Negotiation-level and audience-appropriate communication skills in German (spoken and written)
