- Use AI tools and copilots to boost productivity, review code and accelerate technical decisions
- Support team growth: technical mentorship, structured feedback, development plans and promotion of company culture
- Collaborate with areas such as data, product, security and enterprise architecture to ensure alignment between teams and technical excellence of deliveries
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Tech Lead or technical leader managing engineers
- Proficiency in backend languages (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js) and microservices architecture
- Strong command of engineering best practices (automated testing, version control, CI/CD, observability)
- Experience with data platforms, APIs and distributed environments
- Experience with information security principles applied throughout the development lifecycle
- Practical use of AI tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, automations) as part of everyday technical work
- Ability to lead architectural decisions with a product-oriented mindset, focusing on reuse and efficiency
- Preferred: experience in the insurance sector or in highly regulated environments
- Knowledge of cloud architecture (preferably AWS) and serverless patterns
- Certifications in architecture, cloud, security or software engineering
- Participation in technical communities, open source contributions or experience with AI engineering
