About the role

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline
- At least 3 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in Federal US Governmental GAAP, GASB standards, Financial and Single Audit
- Pursuing a CPA certification
- Experience with preparation and/or auditing of Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR), Financial audit and Single Audit for State, Local Government, Educational Institutions, and Not for Profit (NFP)
- Advanced data analytics knowledge, exploratory data mining and data visualization (e.g., Power Pivot, Power BI , etc.)
- Strong technical writing skills
- A deep understanding of compliance requirements of Federal and state grants
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret clearance or higher
