About the role
- Insurance Insights Lead Analyst at EY, leading the Insights team and providing strategic guidance in the Insurance sector. Collaborating with senior stakeholders to develop compelling perspectives and insights.
Responsibilities
- engage with and challenge senior stakeholders, providing commercial and provocative perspectives
- develop strong internal and external relationships, participating in client meetings, roundtables, and other events
- establish the Insights strategy for the Insurance sector
- drive the development and co-creation of insights beyond publicly available information
- combine multiple perspectives and sources to develop compelling points of view that drive results
- work closely with Insights leadership and other Analysts to support Insurance leadership and other senior stakeholders
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in a professional services or equivalent environment
- recognized Insurance insight leadership with 5+ years of Insurance-specific research and analysis activity
- outstanding executive-level presentation skills
- demonstrated experience working at a senior level in a fast-moving, client-driven environment
- collaborative mindset, able to work well both as part of a team and independently
- strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize information, review data inputs, and provide analytic insights
- succinct and structured oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely
